Anti-Corruption Policy
Last updated · 13 June 2026 · Draft pending management review
Zero tolerance
Eaglewatch has operated since 1994 on the creed "parehas na karapatan, walang palakasan" — equal rights, no favoritism. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form: monetary or in kind, direct or through intermediaries.
What this covers
No officer, employee, or security guard may solicit, accept, offer, or give anything of value to improperly influence an assignment, post rotation, inspection result, procurement, hiring decision, or any government or client interaction. Facilitation payments are prohibited. Gifts beyond token courtesy items must be declined and reported.
Who it binds
Every Eaglewatch director, employee, and deployed guard, and every supplier, broker, or agent acting for us. Equal post and shift rotation is written policy precisely so that favoritism has no currency here.
Clients
Our clients are never asked for, and should never offer, any payment to Eaglewatch personnel outside the contracted billing. Report any solicitation immediately.
Enforcement
Violations are investigated under due process through our open-door and escalation policy and are grounds for dismissal and, where applicable, criminal referral under Philippine law including RA 3019 (Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act).
Reporting
Report suspected corruption through the channels on our Whistleblower page. Reports may be made anonymously and reporters are protected from retaliation.
