What this site is
This website provides information about Eaglewatch Security Services and lets you request a quotation or submit a job application. Content is provided in good faith for general information; it is not a contractual offer.
Quotes and engagements
A quote request creates no obligation on either side. Security services are engaged only through a written service agreement signed by both parties; the terms of that agreement prevail over anything on this site.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship and is not a guarantee of contact or hiring. Knowingly submitting false license or identity information is grounds for disqualification.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms (spam, automated submissions, impersonation, unlawful content) or attempt to interfere with the site's operation.
Intellectual property
The Eaglewatch name, eagle mark, photography, and site content are the property of Eaglewatch Security Services. Do not reproduce them without written permission.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Eaglewatch is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Detachment map data shown publicly is representative.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; venue is the proper courts of Quezon City.
