Whistleblower Policy
Last updated · 13 June 2026 · Draft pending management review
Purpose
Eaglewatch maintains a record of seven consecutive years without guard-controlled losses because problems get reported early. This policy protects anyone — employee, guard, client, supplier, or member of the public — who reports wrongdoing in good faith.
What to report
Bribery or corruption; theft or asset misuse; falsified duty logs, time records, or inspection reports; payroll or benefits fraud; abuse of authority, harassment, or favoritism in posting; safety violations or cover-ups; any conduct contrary to law or to Eaglewatch policy.
How to report
Email eaglewatch9002@eaglewatch.ph with the subject line "WHISTLEBLOWER", or call the Operations Manager at +63 917 155 0721. You may report anonymously; if you identify yourself, your identity is kept confidential and disclosed only as required for a fair investigation or by law.
No retaliation
Retaliation against a good-faith reporter — dismissal, demotion, post reassignment, harassment, or any adverse action — is itself a violation of this policy and is grounds for discipline up to dismissal.
Due process
Reports are reviewed by management under our open-door and escalation policy. Persons complained against are presumed innocent and given the opportunity to respond. Outcomes are documented; substantiated findings are acted on without regard to rank or tenure ("walang palakasan").
